• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Associate degree in general business/office administration preferred
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Sound knowledge of office procedures/practices
• Ability to read/interpret detailed prints, sketches, and maps
• Ability to work alone or with others in a team environment
