Amergis Home Health Occupational Therapist in Elgin, Illinois

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Occupational Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Home Health role in IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Occupational Therapist – Home Health Case Management

Locations: Central North- Western Suburbs: St Charles, Elburn, Geneva, West Chicago, Batavia, Carol Stream, Warrenville, Winfield, Glendale Heights, Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, Villa Park, Addison

Pay Rate (Local Candidates Only): $50 -$52 per hour

Schedule:

  • 40 hrs./week, 8 hour shifts

  • Monday - Friday

  • No weekends!

    Duration:

  • 13 Weeks (Opportunity for extension)

    Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of experience in Home Health OT

  • IL Licensed Occupational Therapist

  • BLS

  • Valid Driver’s License/Insurance

  • EPIC Oasis Experience
