Job Title: Digital Fulfillment Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)

Position Length: July 29 - December

Location: Eagan, MN

This role supports the JostensPIX Operations Team with the management of School Picture Day digital data and processing materials. We need a team member to help fulfill daily business operational needs to support this fast-growing division .

YOU WILL:

​Deliver.

• ​Execute the daily photo processing flow (including hard drive intake, image uploads, wiping hard drives, etc.)

• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customers have access to photos as promised

• Review and validate subject data for accuracy

Support.

• Assist JPIX Operations Team with various office projects throughout the season

• Respond to Customer photo inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service to schools, venders, and internal partners

• Complete projects in our warehouse related to storage and shipment of photography equipment

YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years related work experience in a similar role(s)

• Customer facing customer service experience

• Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

• Comfortable sitting in front of a computer 90% of the time

• Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

• Adept with technology and learning new software applications

• Flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs

• Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven

Preferred:

• Experience and interest in photography

• Background or keen understanding of technology

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
