We leverage edge and cloud AI technologies tied to video to make sense of a sea of information and help businesses drive profitability.Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the product strategy for our SaaS and AI offerings, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to SaaS and AI products.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing product enhancements, including defining product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning.

Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous product improvement.

Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our SaaS and AI products to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS and AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and success of our SaaS and AI products.

Qualifications:

5+ years of previous product management experience in retail, retail AI, or retail operations product management strongly preferred

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, AI technologies, and their applications in various industries.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products from concept to launch, preferably in an Agile development environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and driving customer satisfaction.

Experience in delivering solutions to restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality market segments is highly desirable.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
