The needs of these end-users continue to evolve and the role of Integrated Payments and Payment facilitators in this market is unfolding rapidly. We at Worldpay for Platforms will be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service product that seamlessly extend from the existing Worldpay for Platforms experience.

About the Role:

This role will define the future of our Integrated Payments Referral (IP Referral) and Payment Facilitator (PayFac) software platforms. This portfolio reflects over $800M of revenue and needs someone to be the advocate and driver of new services for current and future partners and merchants. We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to advocate and guide other parts of the business to ensure our success as we continue to drive innovation across all three platforms. This role will partner with our strategy functions and lead the development of product strategy specific for these segments. It will include opening new markets and serving our existing markets and partners. This is inclusive of a build, buy, partner approach. The leader should have a strong background in developing and deploying Value-Added Services, identifying, and working to build additional needs on existing products, and net new Partnerships to which software companies can seamlessly integrate and consume a variety of products alongside their existing Worldpay payment relationship.

This role is different than your typical Product Leader, in that the person will have to collaborate with several different stakeholders and product leaders to ensure our vision is executed, to create a seamless experience for our software platform customers and their end-business-users.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Develop and articulate a sharp vision and strategy for the IP Referral and PayFac product offerings that includes the selection of products and where relevant, selection of third-party product partners.

Collaborate with internal and third party senior executive cross-functional teams to align product goals with overall business objectives. Product Lifecycle Management:

Work closely with product and development teams, internal and external, to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs within the IP Referral and PayFac segments. Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the IP Referral and PayFac space.

Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement within the IP Referral and PayFac framework. Software Partner Collaboration:

Collaborate with software partners to understand their needs and tailor existing and new products and experiences to meet their specific requirements within the PayFac and IP Referral segments.

Provide guidance and support to software partners in effectively presenting and promoting value-Added Services embedded in their software solutions for end-business-users. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient Worldpay for Platforms experience.

Qualificat ons:

Extensive experience in API/ SaaS products with a strong understanding of customer needs and technology trends in Fintech
