Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the construction industry, based in Chicago, Illinois. This role will primarily focus on providing technical assistance and support to our team, helping to resolve hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for coaching team members and troubleshooting a variety of tech problems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide PC hardware and software support to team members

• Communicate effectively with team members to understand and resolve tech issues

• Coach team members on the use of various software and hardware tools

• Use Microsoft SCCM for system management tasks

• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 issues

• Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory

• Provide support for Microsoft Office tools

• Implement and manage multifactor authentication systems

• Troubleshoot issues with Apple iPhones

• Demonstrate basic networking skills to resolve connectivity issues

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements • Applicant must possess a comprehensive understanding of Active Directory and its application in a business environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 is required.

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM is essential.

• Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role, preferably within the construction/contractor industry, is desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools would be beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
