In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships and act as an advisor to senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs and product model adoption.

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate product and agile ways of working into practical and tangible actions that transform the organization.

  • May act as Product Owner for a discipline with the Consumer Transformation product.

  • Collaborate across Consumer lines of business to drive common strategies and adoption of best practices.

  • Lead teams implementing proactive coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise maturity assessments to evolve the skills of team members, engineering managers, and product managers toward higher levels of maturity.

  • Actively participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments to accelerate delivery.

  • Guide leaders, product managers / owners, and engineers on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisions.

  • Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement.

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Practitioner experience as a product manager/owner or engineering manager.

  • Thought leader who brings diverse experiences and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and gain alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving agile product transformation at scale in a regulated industry.

  • Product/Agile certification

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
