DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Summary The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting executive leadership by providing specialized administrative support and VP or SVP level executives with day-to-day complex administrative duties. The role will include both administrative support and office management, including managing and maintaining calendars, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and creating/managing documents in Microsoft Office. The Executive Assistant provides proactive, collaborative and confidential administrative support with diplomacy and professionalism to executive leadership.

Essential Job Functions  * Administrative support: Manages and maintains calendars; identifies potential schedule conflicts and takes appropriate action. Manages all domestic and international travel-related details, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation utilizing web-based travel tools and the in-house travel department, and provides detailed itinerary to executives. Tracks and reconciles P-Card purchases and T&E reports. May potentially provide support with vendor invoicing or purchase requisitions.  * Office management: Maintains and orders office supplies. Plans and coordinates events/meetings. Schedules executive conference rooms, setup and catering as needed. Liaise with Café/Catering, PC Support and Facilities. Manage tasks using various software applications. Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, telephone systems, projectors).  * Solutions orientation: Learns quickly and applies knowledge to meet a range of tasks and demands. Approaches problem solving creatively, emphasizing a solutions-oriented approach to accomplish the role and assignments. Manages multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.  * Communication: Prepares correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and presentations as needed for creation and distribution of leader communication. Must be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Executes any special research and may contact company personnel at all levels of the organization to gather data and prepare reports. Sorts and reads incoming mail and documents to facilitate necessary action and follow-up. May answer telephone, screen calls and takes messages.

Reports to: VP or SVP level

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:  * Normal office environment, some travel may be required.  * Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed (copy paper, office supplies).  * This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 1-2 days per week. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs. This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Chadds Ford, PA.

Minimum Qualifications:  * High school diploma or equivalent education  * Six or more years experience required in supporting either C-level professionals or leadership teams, managing calendars and supporting the coordination of events/meetings, communications and travel. Experience creating, editing, and maintaining documents in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:  * Associate Degree or Some College in Business, management, or communications  * Eight or more years experience s upporting multiple C-level executives

Typical Pay Range: $33.60 - $60.85

Full Pay Range for position: Washington: $35.30 - $70.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates, both full time and part time, can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Full-time hourly associates receive a bi-annual grant of Paid Time Off ("PTO") in each January and July based on their service date and scheduled hours, whereas newly hired full time hourly associates in their first year of employment receive a prorated PTO grant on their 61st day of employment based on the month of hire and scheduled hours. Associates will receive a payout of any unused PTO, up to 40 hours, paid out in the next calendar year (except associates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana and Nebraska who are paid for all unused PTO). Additionally, hourly associates (except those in California) generally receive 72 hours of Paid Sick Leave Plus ("PSL+") per calendar year, with a pro-rated grant in the associate's first year of employment to the extent allowed by applicable law. If additional PSL+ is required in a particular jurisdiction, the company with comply with applicable law. Unused PSL+ does not carry over from one calendar year to the next unless required by applicable law. Instead of PSL+, hourly associates in California receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
