Philips Project Manager (m/f/d) Product Industrialization in Böblingen, Germany
In this role, you will have the opportunity
to play a key role in shaping and coordinating the introduction of new medical products into production by managing software projects as part of the product industrialization team.
Your role:
Project management and coordination in the product industrialisation engineering software environment with interfaces to the software and IT environment
Development of detailed project requirements in a team
Creating and processing project plans in an international multifunctional environment
Close coordination with the specialist departments involved
Regular project status updates and escalation management in the project steering committee
You are part of the
Product Industrialization Team, which is directly responsible for the introduction of new products from development into production and the supply chain and therefore has a direct influence on the quality of the products and the efficiency of the processes. The core tasks of the Product Industrialisation SW department are projects involving changes to products currently in series production or the implementation of new products. This includes adapting the product structure or the manufacturing process due to hardware or software changes, as well as transferring the changes to the quality and business systems. This is a central interface function between development, marketing, production, purchasing and quality assurance with a high proportion of project coordination in the SW and IT environment.
You are the right fit if:
Several years of international project management experience
University degree in technical or scientific studies
preferred field of study: medical technology, electrical engineering, software engineering, engineering with a focus on product industrialisation, process engineering
Experience in supervision of technical teams
Very structured way of working and high assertiveness
Good communication skills and experience in an intercultural environment
Very good knowledge of German and English
