SMART KIDS, INC CAMP COUSELOR LEADER in Bridgeton, Missouri
- Supervisors will supervise over Camp Counselors are responsible for the safety and well being of the campers and yourselves. You will serve as Camp Leaders and show and teach the campers role model behavior, leadership skills, honor and respect, and compassion. Camp Leaders will help be the eyes and ears of the camp and direct campers to be positive and respectful at all times. In essence, they will be the campers guide to becoming better within them.
- Supervisor of five to six Camp Counselors. Direct, guide, and make sure they are participating in the daily objectives of activities pertaining to your group. Demo
- As a team come up with a clever team name. Demonstrate leadership to ensure conduct, safety, and development of the campers.
- Serve as leaders. Being leaders and showing the youth campers/Camp Counselors positive role model behaviors. Help create great camp experiences.
- Participate in day camp events. Encourage campers to participate in a all scheduled activities and be able to give and receive positive feedback.
- Make sure all programs, activities, and lessons start and end on time. Attend weekly team meetings. Ensure activity objectives are consistent with ESSC goals and mission.
- Help coordinate and implement day to day camp operations, i.e., scheduled camp activities, lesson plans, and field trips.
