Seeking General Laborer for a 2-year project in Boise, ID

As a general laborer assisting a driller in the field, you will provide support and perform various physical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of drilling activities. You will work closely with the driller and the drilling crew, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the drilling process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and preparation of drilling equipment, including machinery, and tools.
• Load and unload equipment, supplies, and materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the driller and other team members, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and instructions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
