Job Overview:

Riverview Psychiatric Center (RPC) is seeking an Accountant II to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Business Office involving the review of financial transactions and the application of Generally Accepting Accounting Principles (GAAP) guidelines. Responsibilities include analyzing, conducting efficient and timely administrative assistance with invoice processing, billing, deposits, filing, scanning, creating delivery orders and purchase orders, supervising of subordinate staff, fixed asset reporting, collaborating with internal and external customers, and recommending changes and improvements in operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field or an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and two (2) years of professional accounting or auditing experience. Related professional work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
