Qualifications:

As a F&I Manager with us, you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.

• 2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIRED.

• Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIRED.

• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency REQUIRED.

• ADP/CDK experience PREFERRED.

The California Monthly pay range for this position is $11,600.00 - $19,200.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes

Individual Product and Reserve Income, and Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.
