Robert Half Marketing Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves the oversight and execution of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, promote our products, and ultimately drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

• Create compelling and targeted messaging to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Utilize CRM and Database tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data, improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.

• Leverage Google Ad and Google AdWords for the creation and optimization of advertisements that appear in Google search results.

• Use Facebook Insights to track user interaction on the company Facebook page, guiding marketing strategy and improving customer engagement.

• Conduct campaign planning, including setting objectives, determining an appropriate target audience, setting budgets and creating a schedule.

• Create engaging and brand-consistent visuals and content for company marketing needs.

• Assist in the organization and execution of corporate events and other company functions.

• Monitor and report on competitor activity and provide relevant insights.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and apply best practices in daily work. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and database management

• Proficient in using Facebook Insights and Google Ad for marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with Google AdWords for creating effective advertisements

• Strong understanding of analytics and its application in marketing strategy

• Experience in enhancing brand awareness through various marketing strategies

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Ability to design creative and engaging marketing materials

• Experience in brand marketing and corporate events management
