Responsible for complying with the payment of wages, salaries and benefits associated with the payroll for administrative employees, unionized employees and Managers.

Responsible for generating information for Payroll budgets, Audits and Social Security Plans.

Process incidents, discounts and payments to government institutes such as INFONACOT of the 3 locations.

  • Generation of pre-payroll and capture of incidents of the concurrent period.

  • Ensures the correct payment of the employer's obligations in the Collective Labor Contract and with the Parker Benefits.

  • Ensures compliance with authorizations for payment with supervisors of the production area, verifies absences, vacations, permits, or any other incident of the employees.

  • Preparation of accumulated payroll reports to reconcile them against accounting records, making sure that there are no errors.

  • Generation of credit deductions to various institutions such as FONACOT or INFONAVIT.

Qualifications

  • Two years of payroll & audits experience (Internal & External)

  • Advanced English knowledge (Written & Spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree of Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineer.

  • Payroll systems management

  • Federal Labor Law

  • IMSS Law
