The Walt Disney Company Quality Assurance Manager in Anaheim, California

The Quality Assurance Manager role manages the entire contract process at Disney Vacation Club (DVC). The Quality Assurance Manager is an individual contributor role that will work as part of a small team dedicated to accuracy of sales, legal compliance, member understanding and sales support. Quality Assurance Managers are assigned tasks and projects each day including contract entry, review, phones queue inbound or outbound calls, sales support, and recording. You will report to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager

Responsibilities/You Will

  • Contract Creation – Ensuring submitted contracts meet legal, regulatory, and financial guidelines. Preparing contract to be sent to Members through electronic document process.

  • Closing – Facilitating closing process by reviewing documents with DVC Member either in person or remotely using the electronic signing and remote notary process. Reviewing all documents received from Members to ensure accuracy and completion.

  • Member Support – Answer general product questions; troubleshoot technical questions with contract process; apply payments for purchase; resolve Member concerns; assist Members with questions about selling or transferring their membership; create contracts and apply payment for purchases made through Member website.

  • Credit Underwriting – Reviewing credit reports and determining credit approval for financing purchase.

  • Sales Support – Assist Sales team with answering general product questions; follow up on outstanding documents; troubleshoot technical questions with contract process

  • Pipeline Management – Follow up on contracts with outstanding documents to ensure contracts close within business goals

  • Inventory Management – Monitor available inventory for sale and fulfill pending requests

  • Recording – Accurate and efficient recording of contracts within respective counties

  • Member Administration – Help update memberships to add/remove Members; process resale contracts; process buyback documents, etc

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

  • 1-2 years with hands on experience creating, reviewing, and editing real estate or timeshare contracts

  • Time management with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet time bound goals, and handle emergency situations

  • Comfortable supporting and partnering with multiple teams, working with both salaried and hourly Cast at all levels

  • Exhibited ability to work in multiple computer systems while also being able to identify and resolve issues

  • Exhibited critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter who excels in a team environment and who challenges the status quo by searching for opportunities to improve processes

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Communicate information written or verbally

  • Guest service skills (in-person, over the phone, and email)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Spanish language is highly preferred

  • Licensed Notary

  • 3+ years' experience in Real Estate property transactions

  • Disney Vacation Club or other timeshare product understanding

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $63,400 to $85,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
